Are your websites as secure as they say they are? Here is a chart that shows some of the major players on the web. The major categories when looking at web privacy and security are the following: encrypted data center links, HTTPS support, HSTS (HTTP Strick Transport Security), forward secrecy, and STARTTTL (used for SMTP). Surprisingly very few companies actually implement all of these features, but there are a few out there such as google, dropbox, facebook, and sonic.net. Other sites such as Microsoft, Apple, amazon, Comcast, and Verizon are not as secure (some categories have yet to be determined so they may be more secure than they appear but until notified i'd assume the worst).
